During the free intake, we will decide together what the goal of my support should be. Usually this will involve improving the collaboration skills and expertise of your personnel and here my experience in communication, Recruitment & Selection and in training programmes can be called upon. Should it be necessary to tackle problems in the organisation as a whole, my experience as an organisational consultant can be of help. I can also call in specialists from my own network in ICT, HRM, Finance assesment to contribute to my projects
